What the record says
- Product
- ORANGE EV T-SERIES ELECTRIC TRUCK (2021) - Recall 26V102000
- Reason
- Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2018-2023 T-Series Pure Electric and 2024-2026 e-TRIEVER terminal trucks. The driver's side door handles may be missing a lock. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components." A door that cannot be locked may open unexpectedly during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
