JSON endpoints
Use GET. No account or key is required. Each IP address can make 60 requests per minute. A limit response uses HTTP 429 and Retry-After. Unknown keywords return 404; query parameters return 422.
GET /api/v1/latest GET /api/v1/product/eggs
Responses contain up to 30 records, update dates, source coverage, source identifiers and official URLs. Long fields can be truncated and are identified in truncated_fields. Agency-reported status is not a current safety determination.
Embed a product summary
This widget reports the count labelled ongoing in agency data, links to the full archive and includes the status limitation. It does not collect a visitor's product information.

RSS record feeds
Use latest records or the category and state feeds linked on their archive pages. These are publication feeds with source-date and status limits, rather than live safety alerts.
