What the record says
- Product
- LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER VELAR (2026) - Recall 26V297000
- Reason
- Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover vehicles. The seat belt warning system may not activate the audible warning chime as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to conform with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." A seat belt chime that fails to alert occupants that they are unbuckled can increase the risk of injury during a crash.
