What the record says
- Product
- ORANGE EV T-SERIES ELECTRIC TRUCK (2022) - Recall 26V153000
- Reason
- Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e terminal trucks. The optional foldaway training seat may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." A seat that fails may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing risk of injury.
