- Hiab USA Inc. (Hiab) is recalling certain K-HiPro 425 and K-HiPro 505 cranes. Under certain operating conditions, over time the weld between the column pillar and the main plate may fatigue and crack. A cracked weld may result in the collapse of the crane column when in use, increasing the risk of injury to the operator or others nearby.
