What the record says
- Product
- FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 (2023) - Recall 26V035000
- Reason
- FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The brake pads may provide insufficient braking performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 122, “Motorcycle Brake Systems.” Insufficient braking performance can extend the distance required to stop or cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
