- Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles. The vehicles are equipped with an incorrect cross car beam in the instrument panel. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." An incorrect cross beam may not adequately protect occupants in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
