Reason
Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. (KMC) is recalling certain 2024 Z7 Hybrid ABS and Ninja 7 Hybrid ABS motorcycles. The electronic control unit (ECU) may cause the transmission to shift into neutral when the operator attempts to shift from first to second gear. The unintended shift to neutral can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
