- Reason
- A2ZEV (A2Z) is recalling certain NACS to CCS1 Original Typhoon/Slider Lock Charger Adapters, with part numbers NC1V10124DC and NC1V10224DC-ILW. The locking mechanism on the adapter may become damaged and come loose from the NACS connector, which can cause the charger to overheat. An overheating charger increases the risk of personal injury to the operator.
