- Harbor Freight Tools (Harbor Freight) is recalling certain Holt Industries Deluxe Manual Fluid Extractor and Dispenser units with part number 56384. When the unit is in dispense mode, the pressure relief plug may fail and result in a build-up of excessive pressure. Excessive pressure can cause the lid to suddenly detach, increasing the risk of injury.
