What the record says

Product
MOPAR TRAILER STEER CONT. MOD. - Recall 23E009000
Reason
Chrysler (FCA, US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar Trailer Reverse Steering Control Modules (TRSCM) with part numbers: 68423566AE, 68423566AF, 68423566AG, 04672915AD, and 04672915AE. The modules may prevent the rearview image from displaying when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these modules fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." A rearview image that does not display while in reverse decreases the driver's visibility of the rear view, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
