- Meritor, Inc. (Meritor) is recalling certain front drive steer axles, models MFS and FF, with part numbers MFS20133ANK66, MFS20133ANK86, and FF961LX296. The front-drive steer axle fasteners may loosen, resulting in a complete separation of the axle assembly joints. Steer axle assembly separation can result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
