What the record says

Product
INTERNATIONAL MV (2022) - Recall 23V120000
Reason
Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2022-2024 International HV, International MV trucks, and 2022-2023 IC Bus TC commercial buses. When the parking brake is applied, the automatic transmission is still in drive or reverse position, and the stationary power take-off (PTO) switch is engaged by the operator, the engine may rev and overcome the parking brake's ability to keep the vehicle from moving. Unexpected vehicle movement can increase the risk of a crash or injury.
