- Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2022 MC20 vehicles. The brake lights may malfunction by unintentionally flickering due to faulty rear tail lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Flickering brake lights may confuse other drivers, which can increase the risk of a crash.
