Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.; The recalled product comes in a 6.7oz (190g) glass jar bearing UPC 194346207961 and is identified by Lot Code LB028ACP04, with an expiration date of January 28, 2027 printed on the jar. No other lots of bettergoods Pistachio Nut Butter are subject to this recall.; Consumers who have purchased bettergoods Pistachio Nut Butter bearing Lot Code LB028ACP04 are urged not to consume the product and to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
