An insufficient number of emergency exits can prevent or delay passengers from exiting during an emergency, increasing their risk of injury.

Nova Bus will replace some windows with emergency exit windows, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include 1 bus. Nova Bus will notify owners on or about 12/12/2025. Phase 2 will include 1 bus. Nova Bus will notify owners on or about 2/16/2026. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 866-870-2046.
