The engine air compressor stainless steel braided supply line may rub through the oil suction tube running from the Variable Power Divider (VPD) sump to the hydrostatic pump, causing the pump to fail. Hydrostatic pump failure can cause a loss of power, limiting vehicle speed, and increasing the risk of a crash.
